The Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Young People and Adults at Risk (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification that has been designed to provide learners with the valuable skills and knowledge required to competently carry out their roles and responsibilities relating to safeguarding. Ideal for those who have a responsibility for safeguarding and protecting in environments such as the NHS, education, healthcare, social services and those who work in voluntary/unpaid positions. This 1/2 day qualification covers all of the key aspects of safeguarding, such as current guidelines and legislation, different forms of abuse and responding to disclosure and suspected abuse.

Assessment method.

For this qualification there is a multiple choice question paper that must be completed under ‘examination’ conditions. Maximum time allowed is 30 minutes, minimum mark is 14 out of 20 to pass.

 

Open courses are inclusive of tuition, examination fees and course handbooks. Free follow up support will also be available from your tutor.
