This is the 4th First Aid course I have been on in my childminding career and was by far the best. The course was more informal as only 4 of us on it but I feel this was better as the trainer had more time to answer any questions we had. He was very patient with us and was very knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend the course and will most definitely be using UK Training again for my next one in 3 years time.

I found the course very informative & interesting. We didn't only learnt HOW to do basic first aid, but WHY we do certain things, and what we can or can't do. Hopefully it will be something I rarely have to use, but when I do I will now be confident when giving First Aid

I thought the content of this course and the instructors enthusiasm was excellent. Not only did he interact well with everyone in the room sharing his passion for the subject, he also had great knowledge . By far the best course I've attended professionally. The course content had the perfect balance between theory, conversation and practical. Fantastic tutoring by a lecturer who had a lot of experience in the industry and was able to relate the learning into life experiences. The length of course and class time was pitched exactly right. I was originally dreading this course although I thoroughly enjoyed it! It was very relaxed, we all got to ask specific questions relating to each of our reasons for doing the course and I feel a lot more confidant in my knowledge of the subject.

I found the course straightforward and relatively easy, some homework reading is always advisable. The course was interesting, this is in large part due to the excellent quality of the tutor, and their ability to make it more interesting to the student. The facilities for the course were excellent and couldn't be faulted. An easy 10 out of 10.

There are three words that describe this course. Affordable, informative and entertaining. The trainer made the course really entertaining whilst making sure all the information was being taken in by us the learner's! The trainer was very accommodating for all mine and the other learners needs and seemed very confident in what he was teaching us. even though ive been working as a door supervisor for 4 years now I found this course very informative and learnt a few new things which will help me in the day to day job as a door supervisor.
